Pages are organized into 2 basic types. Content Sections are individual areas of content on the page, such as an image, video, or block of text. Content Groups are groups of Content Sections that share a common area (and background) on the page. By default, the editor is in basic mode, and you’ll mostly be working with Content Groups.
