Creating an Apple Developer Account

To create your Apple Developer account, follow these steps:

  1. Create an Apple ID
  2. Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID
  3. Get your D-U-N-S number

This is a unnique number provided by Dun & Bradstreet and is used to verify your organization's legal status. You may already have a D-U-N-S number, and you can check using the DUNS Number Lookup tool.

If you don't have a D-U-N-S number, you can obtain a D-U-N-S number here. Note that you may need some documentation to confirm your organization's identity. As you walk through the process you will be informed as to what you need.

  4. Enroll in the Apple Developer Program
  5. Invite Finalweb to your Apple Developer account:

To do this, login to your Apple Developer Account and click on Membership Details at the top. Copy the Team Name and Team ID information. Then log into your Finalweb App Management Console and click the option to publish your app, and paste the information when it is requested.

Then login to App Store Connect. Click "Users and Access," and add a new user. Use the following information:

    • First name: Finalweb
    • Last name: Submission
    • Email: dev@finalweb.com
    • Select "Admin" as the role
    • Check Access to each of the 5 items under "Additional Resources"

Once our staff has received your invite, we will work to submit your app as quickly as possible to the Apple iOS Store. It can take several days (usually about a week) for the process to be approved, and we will update you once your app is ready.
