Publishing Your App

In this guide, you’ll learn how to publish your church app to the Apple store and/or the Google Play store.

Unbranded Apps

To share your app, select the Administration option in the sidebar of your web builder. Scroll down the sidebar on the new page and select Mobile App. From there, share the link and/or QR code displayed at the bottom of the app management console. You can also create a section on any one of your web pages and choose “Unbranded Mobile App” as the section type. This will share the link and QR code to the Finalweb Mobile app so your users can install it or launch it right from the website.

Branded Apps

If you would like to publish your own app to the Apple App store and Google Play store, you will need to go through a brief submission and verification process with Apple and Google. Once this process is complete, our staff will submit your app to the stores.

Please note that this process can take approximately a week to complete, and each platform has an associated fee. Google charges a one-time fee of $25, while Apple charges $100 per year, per organization.

    Creating an Apple Developer Account

    Note: You do not need to do this if you are using the Unbranded version through our Finalweb Mobile App. To create your Apple Developer account, follow these steps. If you don’t already have one, create an Apple ID. Otherwise, log in using your apple credentials. Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. Obtain your D-U-N-S number. This is a unique number provided by Dun & Bradstreet. and is used to verify your organization's legal status.

    Creating a Google Developer Account

    To create your Google Developer account, follow these steps: Note: You do not need to do this if you are using the Unbranded version through our Finalweb Mobile App. First, if you didn't already do this in the Apple Developer process, obtain your D-U-N-S number: This is a unnique number provided by Dun & Bradstreet and is used to verify your organization's legal status. You may already have a D-U-N-S number, and you can check using the DUNS Number Lookup tool.
