All empty group types, R (regular group), O (overlap group) and U (unpadded group), are available from the advanced menu editor.
To specify a group type, enter it with parentheses after the menu item name. For example, for a page called “About Us” with an empty regular group then an empty unpadded group, your menu item would look like this:
About Us(RU)
