Adding a Domain Name

Once your site is ready to publish, you can add a domain name to your site. A domain name is a web address such as www.mychurchinthecity.com or www.gracechurchofsomeplace.org. To do this:

1. Click on Administration on the lower-left of the website editing console.
2. Click “Domain Names.” (Note that if you are in a trial version of the software, this option is not available until you subscribe).
3. Click the Plus (+) icon to the lower-right to add a domain name.
4. You can choose to register a new name or transfer an existing name, then follow the on-screen instructions.
