The surchage is an additional charge or tax added to the original price of the product(s). It can be configured to either a percentage based off the form total, or a fixed value.
If using Paypal, the “apply only to Pay Now” applies the surcharge only to the corresponding option in Paypal. If the box is checked, the surcharge will not be applied to the total when “Pay Later” is selected.
