To access the admin panel, look to the left panel of the editor and find the Administration option
Creating a Blog
This can be done in the Admin Panel To create a blog, navigate to the Blogs option on the left panel of the Administration page. Click the plus icon on the bottom right of the page to add a new Blog. For more information on adding the blog to your site, please see the Blogs documentation.
